Our staff schedule and dedicate part of their lives to give you the ultimate in client care.
To respect their time as well as they respect yours, we require a 2 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled service.
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any Spa Packages.
Failure to give adequate cancellation notification will forfeit any and all deposits made, or allow you to be charged entirely for services.
In order to give you and our other clients the ultimate in relaxation and comfort, we ask that children are only present if they have a scheduled service.
If you book a massage service, and you are late for your appointment, your massage will end at its scheduled time, and you will still be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
If you arrive late or miss an appointment and your card is charged, we will not issue a refund, and you may NOT use the payment for a future service.
If you have an appointment that has been held with a card, and you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your card will be charged.
Refunds will not be issued for services.
