Our staff schedule and dedicate part of their lives to give you the ultimate in client care.
To respect their time as well as they respect yours, we require a 2 hour notice to cancel or reschedule any scheduled service, if you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your appointment total. NO EXCEPTIONS! If we have to charge your card on file, there will be a $3.50 card fee added.
If you No Call/No Show your appointment, you will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for the services. NO EXCEPTIONS! If we have to charge your card on file, there will be a $3.50 card fee added.
A 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any Spa Packages.
Failure to give adequate cancellation notification will forfeit any and all deposits made, or allow you to be charged entirely for services.
In order to give you and our other clients the ultimate in relaxation and comfort, we ask that children are only present if they have a scheduled service.
If you book a massage service, and you are late for your appointment, your massage will end at its scheduled time, and you will still be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.
If you have lash extensions, and go longer than 3 weeks for a fill, you will be charged for a full set. Also, if you come in with sparse lashes, you will be charged for a full set. If you only book a lash fill, and you actually need a full set, you will be charged for the fill appointment, and rescheduled for a full set appointment.
If you schedule an appointment with a requested employee, and that employee is no longer available to do your appointment, you will be moved to a different employee. If you do not wish to see someone else, you need to cancel your appointment, or you will still be charged late fees and cancelation fees.
If you arrive late, miss an appointment, or mistakenly make an appointment, and your card is charged, we will NOT issue a refund, and you may NOT use the payment for a future service.
If you have an appointment that has been held with a card, and you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled, and your card will be charged the FULL AMOUNT for the appointment(s).
Your card will be saved to your customer profile, and it will be charged for any late cancellations or missed appointments.
Refunds will not be issued for services, products, or gift certificates.
All gift certificates expire after ONE YEAR. NO EXCEPTIONS!
